SkyAlert keeps a running log of the weather whenever the program is running. The Daily Weather Log is updated with the current

weather data every ten minutes starting at midnight. Every 24 hours, the log is archived and a new log is created. The archived logs are 

kept for one year at which time they are replaced on a first-in, first-out basis.
